Meet Joe Ductless

Hello, my name is Joe Schiavone, AKA “Joe Ductless”. I began in the HVAC business over 20 years ago in 2004 when I became an estimator for a larger HVAC company in the Pacific Northwest. I soon became the head estimator, second to the owner, and was quickly involved in everything HVAC. After being thrown into the HVAC industry I quickly gained extensive knowledge around everything relating to the HVAC world. This included Geo-Thermal, Radiant in-Floor Heating, Forced-Air Furnaces, Traditional Ducted AC & Heat Pump Systems, Water Heaters, Tankless Water Heaters, Fireplaces, all types of Mechanical Ventilation, and of course, “Ductless Mini-Splits.”

In 2014 I decided to dedicate my career to the great benefits that “Ductless Mini-Split” systems had to offer. Since then, I have been installing ductless mini-splits in almost every kind of building you can imagine that has 4 walls and a roof. I have installed mini-splits in large 10,000 square foot homes with 14 separate zones, to thousands of new construction homes, condo’s, duplex’s, existing homes, offices, commercial buildings/businesses, schools, banks, restaurants, dog kennels, etc……(I could keep going).

In the ductless mini-split world I have installation experience and knowledge that very few can compete with. We provide the highest quality installations with a level of detail and craftsmanship that are not commonly seen anymore.
